Maybe I've been living under a rock, and it's common knowledge, but if not please think of friends/neighbours who may now be imprisoned in their own homes. They will need help. Logic and common sense tell me the former is the correct statement, but this is Thailand, so either could be correct.Children under five and adults above the age of 70 and those with underlying health problems are strongly recommended to stay home.
