If you want to get fit have a look at this:

This stuff works and no gym equipment or muscle heads in sight!

keep fit
thanx,i will check them all this weekend when i come down..thank you..

Nice post and what was the result of your viewing? I used to by gym-daft and now hooked on running but i also like to keep the strength up and avoid muscle wastage by training at a gym. Don't want to turn into a waifer all together.
I'm interested in hearing about the places you went to see.
Cheers!

i dont know because i was looking at purchasing a condo there, and they showed me the sports facilities that were available to owners, and by the way its MR. thanx
Thanks,
I assume it must be free for residents then? The only reason I ask is that a few years ago I used to get on the motorbike and go up there, swim 50 lengths and see virtually no-one until 4pm.
Those were the days. And it only cost me petrol money and 50B a day. I heard it had increased to 200B.
There you go. I was just wondering whether the place had made itself more exclusive, price wise. That's all.
