Palm Hills have a gym and the best swimming pool in the area; the monthly rates used to be reasonable but I'm not sure exactly what they are at the moment, it should be something similar to what the Hilton is charging.

If you want to get fit have a look at this:

This stuff works and no gym equipment or muscle heads in sight!

Nice post and what was the result of your viewing? I used to by gym-daft and now hooked on running but i also like to keep the strength up and avoid muscle wastage by training at a gym. Don't want to turn into a waifer all together.

I'm interested in hearing about the places you went to see.

Cheers!

Thanks,
I assume it must be free for residents then? The only reason I ask is that a few years ago I used to get on the motorbike and go up there, swim 50 lengths and see virtually no-one until 4pm.
Those were the days. And it only cost me petrol money and 50B a day. I heard it had increased to 200B.
There you go. I was just wondering whether the place had made itself more exclusive, price wise. That's all.
