Forgive me but I'm pretty certain you can renew your retirement extension of stay 45 days before it expires in any event.

There no special circumstances that apply to this as far as I'm aware

Does anyone know if Hua Hin Immigration now has started to require a new Tm.30 to grant a retirement visa, even if you have a notification of residence stamped in your passport and have not changed your address since the previous extension?
Thanks in advance

No, I haven't experienced that either. So, I hope it's just some simple specific stories I've read on the "other forum"

On the credit advice, I get monthly by e-mail from Bangkok Bank it is stated on the bottom: This is a computer-generated advice. No Authorized signature is required.

Anyone know if Immigration accept that or is it to be on the safe side best to bring twelve months with printed advice`s back to the bank and ask them to sign?

Thank you

For many years, immigration has accepted my computer generated credit advice receipts from Bangkok Bank.
