Re: HHAD forum software upgrade
Sorry if this sound stupid but I am a new user of PM. When I send a message it appears in my outbox and stays there even though it said it was sent. Is this normal? Does it only leave my outbox when the recipient reads it?

Re: Hua Hin Golf Gossip
OK JW I have your number, thanks. Will call late Saturday if I get a clear run through the airport. I packed up the golf sticks last night. Can I presume that good used balls can be bought "on course" at most places? I mean like 150 baht for a bag of 10 or similar. I'll need a few "ch...

Re:Bernies for a beer
Great idea JW. I'll be arriving HH about 4-5 PM, quick snooze, then down to Bernies to make sure they are not selling any crook beer. My understanding is that Bernies is not one of those girlie bars where you get harangued for drinks. I take it they have a pool table there?

Re: Handicap
Yeah thanks Pet, got a plastic card for that. It's all internet based here in Oz. Should I do a screen print or take the card to Bernies for them to confirm via internet.

Re: HHGS
Thanks JW. I'll head for Bernies on the Saturday night and get a breifing. I must admit I'm getting a wee bit excited about getting back to Thai golf courses. Now I have to look up Lake View. Thanks again.

Wanting a golf partner
Hi all. I have been an avid reader for some months now and after following some advice here I have booked my trip and accomodation for Saturday March 20th. Now, I understand that a trip to Bernies should be able to get me fixed up with a game somewhere but I'd also ask the question here in case some...

HH to NAKHON NAYOK
I've read thru the threads here but I need further information on travel from HH to Nakhon Nayok. I have met a Thai lady golfer who has invited me to her home provence for a couple of rounds of golf. The travel options I have gleaned from this forum seem to be the bus/train/mini bus types. Part of m...

Welcome back to the great game Pete. As an older player (not too old) I can recommend getting into one of those hybrid 19 degree jobs. Very forgiving, hit them like a short iron and easy to stay on the fairway with reasonable distance. Plenty of time later to get back into the driver. The caddies ca...

Yeah, I agree that there is more than golf to consider. So far in working out my next trip I am considering a week in HH followed by renting a car and travelling to Kanchanaburi for a week then back to HH, mainly because I am getting the idea that night life in Kanchanaburi may be dead and who knows...

From my perspective as a traveller, it seems that Kanchana...
