Ive heard about Condo Chain before, if i can get the lady to let go of her idea to get a Dog then i most certainly would go for that option.

The best way is just to visit the condo you fancy and talk to the people at the reception. They can normally show you the apartments and tell you whether there are any vacancies. However, I doubt you will find any decent condos here in Hua Hin for 8,000 baht a month for a one year's rental agreemen...
