grass seed

I know you can get turf here so I assume it is grown from seed .
Can anyone suggest where I might buy it from ? I need a fairly large amount so if it's by the sack that's OK !

Pile your valuables and money in your suitcase and lock it . Hide your key in the bathroom. She'll make a noise trying to open the case or is likely to be stopped carrying a suitcase out as staff will think she is avoiding the room charges and doing a runner. If you do catch her trying to get it ope...

People with that attitude don't even deserve to get any business.

Unless of course falang wells are twice as deep as thai ones :D
 I did have to think about it for a moment though! :P

While, as Dawn said, the post is dated the issues are still interesting. I know many of you dislike Pattaya but it was my happy home after my divorce , for a fair few years. With over 30,000 entertainment venues ( Yes, the estimates vary on the number! ) of various kinds and some closing whil...

I'm really glad I found this forum , it would have been a lot harder without it! :P It's not a 'one way street ' though and if I have any information that will help someone I will gladly take the time to post it as I have in some of my previous posts. The Fallang I hav...

In the UK you can write to the TV companies , enclosing photos, and get your property of any sort put on the locations register.
It can be a grand house or a cottage , Evan an old warehouse.

If you get lucky it can pay really well.It might be the same system here!

Set up a 'hospital' tank with very good aeration. Use drinking water (10bt per 25L ) and restrict his feeding for a day or so. It has worked with my fish in the past. On aquarist supplies , you can get ANYTHING you can buy in the UK at the Bangkok Sunday market. There is a whole Soi selling nothing e...

I bought one of those stack Jobie's that produces 'spa water'. I think I paid about 2800Bt but later saw them for half that price in Phetchabun. The water does taste nice though but not for cooking , just drinking I would suggest! If you return to the west at any time you might buy one of those low ...

I would think the tourist authority of Thailand would be glad to help if you showed them bonafide credentials as a journalist .
Perhaps pointing out you are planning to write a 'positive' article might be useful too as they are a bit sensitive about the reputation of certain resorts.

Jellyfish are predated by sea turtles and there decline has meant an abundance of the things. If you get stung the tentacles tend to stick to you as they have 'harpooned' you and the best way forward is to scrape them off with the edge of a credit card or similar. If you have any of that stuff used ...

I got both my bike and car licence in Pattaya and asked some general questions about what I could drive. They were really vague about trucks ( I had a very large RV in the UK previously and towed a boat behind it ) I asked about Tuktuk and was told 'special licence, Bangkok '. I'm not sure how much ...
